Xen received his real estate license in 1992. Over the past three decades, he has been active in buying and selling residential and commercial properties as well as facilitating land deals in Greater Vancouver. He handled many sales involving tenants and investment properties. Notably, Xen was also the managing broker of a local brokerage from 2014 to 2024.
