I'm Winnie Pak, a realtor with over three decades of experience in the industry. My journey has been shaped by my upbringing as a child of immigrant parents in Vancouver, and as a single mother raising three boys-so I like to think of myself as an expert in multitasking and negotiation, whether it's closing a deal or getting them to clean their rooms! As a top-producing agent with Remax, I've had the privilege of guiding clients through more than 1,000 home sales. Each experience has taught me valuable lessons that I apply to benefit my clients every day. I believe in the importance of integrity-I always strive to follow through on all my promises. I genuinely care about my clients and understand that their homes are among their most significant investments. After all, you can't exactly return a house like a pair of shoes! I'm dedicated to being generous with my time and attention, ensuring that my clients feel informed and supported throughout the process, from the first showing to the final closing.
