I'm Winnie Pak, a realtor with over three decades of experience in the industry. My journey has been shaped by my upbringing as a child of immigrant parents in Vancouver, and as a single mother raising three boys-so I like to think of myself as an expert in multitasking and negotiation, whether it's closing a deal or getting them to clean their rooms! As a top-producing agent with Remax, I've had the privilege of guiding clients through more than 1,000 home sales. Each experience has taught me valuable lessons that I apply to benefit my clients every day. I believe in the importance of integrity-I always strive to follow through on all my promises. I genuinely care about my clients and understand that their homes are among their most significant investments. After all, you can't exactly return a house like a pair of shoes! Winnie is awesome realtor! When we first met, she was the realtor for the seller and she made it clear that she could not represent us as buyer for same property as conflict of interest. I appreciated her ethic and honesty. We decided to go with her as our realtor and I am glad we made the decision. She was attentive and thoughtful. She would always arrange meetings ahead of time and even pick us up for places that are a bit hard to reach with skytrain. She gave us suggestions on things we might have missed on properties. What I really appreciate is that after purchasing the property, she follow up with us on any needs we might have moving or set up etc. Whenever I had questions I can count on her getting back to me quickly with information.
