There is something genuine about Claire, and while my exposure to realtors is limited, what experiences I've had previously left me pretty cold on the profession as a whole. Claire's diligence, knowledge, and professionalism are all noteworthy, but she proved herself as someone willing to be in the trenches with you, rather than someone directing things from afar. When my wife's disability progressed, we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to find a rather specific housing use case, on a limited single income. I asked around on a few local social media groups, and Claire's name came up a couple of times as someone who could understand physical limitations and requirements, and be willing to work to find the right place. And she did. It took time, but Claire was with us every step of the way, we found a place that met the requirements, at the right price. She knows the area, she knows the markets, she knows what her clients want. We turned around and had Claire sell our townhouse as well, and she did so in a rapidly softening market full of unknowns. At no point did I feel unsupported in the process. I had a lot of dumb questions, and Claire navigated them with knowledge and grace. When I wanted facts and data, she had them. When I wanted her experience and perspective or even just a vibe check, she provided them. When she had an important update or something to think about, it was always clearly communicated and without high pressure tactics. Nothing ever felt performative or arbitrary. She was able to find the right narrative to sell the place, and did a lot of legwork to make it happen, including going above and beyond for what I expected a realtor to do. I would wholeheartedly commend Claire's experience and capability to anyone's attention in buying or selling a home. While I hope to be in this place for a long time to come, whenever I have to move again, she will be the first person I'll reach out to.
