Nicole completed her Bachelor of Commerce (with honors) specializing in Accounting and Real Estate at the University of British Columbia. While completing her studies, Nicole honed her financial analysis and communication skills through her work experience as an accountant and victory in the CFA Research Challenge - winning the regional level of the competition and being one of five university teams in the world to compete at the global finals for her team’s business valuation of a publicly traded corporation.

Nicole Eastman brings her fine-tuned analytical skills to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, excelling at completing market analyses and assessments of value for extraordinary properties and businesses. Her specialized industry and regional knowledge enables her to best serve and market unique high-end residential properties, commercial properties, and the specialized winery and vineyard niche.

Nicole is passionate about BC wine and the province’s ever-growing wine industry. She particularly enjoys exceptional Pinot Noirs and sparkling wines. She is a certified Level 1 BC Wine Ambassador.

When not working with clients, Nicole is an enthusiastic boater, sailor, and diver. She holds her first-level commercial boat captain certification and races sailboats out of Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. She recently completed the Van Isle 360 race, successfully circumnavigating the entirety of Vancouver Island.

Paul Hague

Paul Hague is defined by his true professionalism and ability to provide high caliber service for high-value transactions. Paul has worked in real estate for 19 years in different roles including residential building, commercial building, commercial property management, and real estate sales. Drawing on his varied experience and background, Paul has represented hundreds of both residential and commercial clients.

Along with the ability to effectively market high-end residential properties, Paul specializes in the unique commercial niche of wineries and vineyards. Paul has successfully represented both vineyard/winery buyers and sellers and completed the transactions of several notable Okanagan wineries. Paul’s success has been enabled by his specialized knowledge of both the wine industry and the Okanagan market.

As an MLS Medallion Award Recipient and Sotheby’s International Realty Canada professional, Paul's experience combined with his access to Sotheby's global network enable him to provide superior service to all of his clients. Paul has been recognized as a top sales volume agent in his region and has specialized market knowledge in the desirable areas of White Rock, South Surrey, Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

When not working with his clients, Paul is an avid boater and skier. During the summer you can find him on the water, exploring the Gulf Islands on his boat. During the winter, you'll most likely find him on the slopes of Whistler.
