Colleen continuously went above and beyond to ensure we found a place that fit our wishes and lifestyle, but also that had no hidden surprises! She researched every place we saw and asked all the right questions so we could just enjoy the process of looking for our first place! Colleen is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and honest which we greatly appreciated! She provided us with guidance, resources, and really walked us through all stages of the process which can be incredibly daunting. We saw a lot of places over a couple months and never felt rushed to make any decisions that were not right for us. She has also remained a resource after buying which demonstrates her level of care for her clients. We could not recommend her enough! Colleen was my realtor when I got my first place at 19 years old. Being so young and excited there was little that I knew about the entire process. She had the drive and patients to not only look out for my best interest but to also explain the entire process to me. Nothing came as a surprise to me during the buying process as Colleen went through everything with me before things would happen. Deadlines, finances etcetera. I was a very picky buyer with a set budget and high expectations. Colleen never stopped the hunt and she got me exactly what I wanted and needed. I appreciated her help so much that I recommended her to my boyfriend whom also reached out to her for his real estate needs. She took the same care with his first big purchase as she did for me. I wont put words into his mouth but I know he would recommend her in a heart beat! As would I, AGAIN.
