Rob Zwick*

Rob has spent his working life in various areas of the Real Estate Industry, experiences that have been an important factor in his success today. Beginning with his degree in Urban Geography from UBC, Rob then spent years collaborating with worldwide design and development firms through the family business, and forayed this experience into a successful marketing venture, bringing The Real Estate Book – a magazine focused on marketing properties for Developers and Realtors – to the Lower Mainland. After five years of hard work and perseverance, Rob sold the successful magazine to become a full time Real Estate Agent, allowing him to be a part of the Real Estate process from start to finish.

What is Rob’s key to success in the competitive Vancouver Real Estate market? Through old fashioned hard work, honesty, and truly being a good guy who holds his client’s best interest at heart. Rob doesn’t take lightly that there is tremendous trust put in the hands of a Realtor by their clients, so he takes a grounded, focused approach to handling the purchase and sale of someone’s largest asset. “I never take for granted how important the sale of my client’s home is in their lives. I know my profession isn’t the most noble career, but when guiding my clients through the delicate process from start to finish, I don’t underestimate how important my role becomes, so I do my absolute best for each and every client”.
