Not only has Marco helped me with the purchase of 2 apartments, he is also a long term friend. If you are looking to add someone to your team who will work for you and put your best interests ahead of their own, then I would suggest you use Marco for your next buy or sale. Nice work Marco!

Amazing service. Personal approach. Professional, courteous, and trustworthy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marco as my realtor, and I cannot recommend him enough. From start to finish, Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire home-buying process. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home for me. Not only does Marco have an impressive knowledge of the local real estate market, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and he was able to find several properties that matched my criteria. He was patient and understanding throughout the search process, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. When it came time to negotiate the purchase of my new home, Marco was an invaluable asset. He was an expert in the negotiation process and was able to secure a great deal for me. He also helped to coordinate all of the necessary inspections and paperwork, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Marco and his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his clients. If you're in the market for a new home, I highly recommend working with Marco as your realtor. You won't be disappointed!

Been working with Marco for quite some time now! Very reliable, trustworthy and always had my best interest at heart. Would recommend to any of my friends and family!

Very knowledgeable, gave me very valuable and helpful information. Easy to contact.

Marko helped us get our 2nd investment place, weren’t sure if we’d get it but he made it happen! Very responsive and great service, would recommend him to anyone looking for real estate!

We met Marco through a mutual friend, who was doing some plumbing work for us. He was referred to us with great reviews and personal experiences with this mutual friend. I decided to contact Marco and because of our situation in the timing of selling our condo, and closing the sale I was honestly not sure if he was going to pull it off. We'll indeed he did. Marco was always there to answer all our questions, he gave us ideas as to how to set up our place so prospected buyers would see our place. Everything he says and does is in the best interest of both the seller and the buyer. Marco is very honest, transparent and respectful. I would not hesitate to contact him again to help us with another real estate transaction. He not only sold our place in a record time, but we got $50K more than the asking price. Thank you Marco. You are Awesome. Wish you all the best in your future. Norma & Francisco.

What can I say about Marco . He is amazing . He is super professional. I don't know what he says to other real estate agents, but so far I've used Marco three times to sell three different homes. He has sold all three. In ONE week. He sold my first place during the 2008 recession. He sold my second place in 2016 and now the third place in 2021!! Marco has made my neighbors happy. Happy because after selling my last two homes at record prices never seen in the building he has raised the property value for all the neighbors. Setting the bar high up for other real estate agents. Marco's continued education in negotiations and other studies related to his field, has made Marco a real lethal weapon. I know that as a fact as other real estate agents have told me personally how Marco has written up contracts so well their is no way out of them . Marco has excellent customer service . I have to admit. I've contacted him at different times of the day and he is always quick to respond. You use Marco and you are guaranteed a professional , smart real estate agent.

Honest and hardworking ... would highly reccomend Marco
