Len was hired to sell me home. He is extremely unprofessional and kept pressuring me to lower my price to make a quick sale. He only communicated by text vs making a call when an offer or counters came in. He did not negotiate as requested and shared information with the buyer that basically affected the negations to meet their needs vs mine. Len was argumentative, rude and condescending. I lost a massive amount of money on my home and he didn’t care abs said everyone is in the same boat. Well, not everyone is a millionaire and can take the loss. He just only cares about making the sale for his own benefit. I recommend using a reputable company that won’t keep your deposit should the sale fall through. He didn’t mention that part of the contract. It’s my own fault for not reading the fine print. So beware!!! Len is a big talker at first but once he gets your business he doesn’t show respect after that! I’ve used many realtors over the years and never again will I make the mistake of using his company. Go with Remax or a bigger company that is trustworthy NOT GPG!

After listing our house with another realtor for six months, during which time we received 2 "lowball" offers, we engaged Len's team in late January 2021. We had a great offer 3 weeks later which we've now accepted. Throughout the process Len made helpful suggestions (his staging person was amazing!) And, during the negotiations, his experience and ability to get the deal done really showed. We had a great experience and I'd recommend Len and his team without reservation.
