I had my home listed with this realtor. I didn’t have a good experience in dealing with him at all. He is all about making a quick sale. He pressured me to take offers that were far lower than I was comfortable with and was stressful to work with. He didn’t contact me by phone when an offer came in and instead sent me an email which was left unnoticed at a time when a timely response is critical. I have bought and sold many homes in my life with other realtors and this was the worst experience I have ever had! Read the fine print on his contracts too! My go-to realtor retired which is why I tried this real estate agency.

These people will spam your phone with calls everyday. Im not even sure how I ended up on their list and even though I have blocked them, they still continue to call me everyday. This is harassment. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give 6 stars I would, I didn't meet any other staff but Steve Kabachia, and that's all I need to meet. Steve was so skilled at his job, sociable, caring, and even funny, I'd make up reasons to buy another house to spend time him. He knew how to manage my wife's and I desires and questions, and ended up landing us in a dream home for way under asking price. Will hire Steve again!!!!!

We haven’t bought or sold property for about 40 years. We quickly realized we were over our heads with the complexities of the whole process.
