She was supportive during the whole buying process, providing great market advice, strong negotiation skills and we got the house we wanted for the right price in a challenging market! I had the unfortunate experience of having Len Wong as the realtor responsible for selling the home I was living in. After harassing me with literally dozens of texts while I was at work, he went ahead and scheduled showings in my home without my approval. When I phoned his office to straighten the matter out, he said ‘I don’t have to get your approval.’ He claimed he wanted to be respectful of all parties, but it was incredibly apparent that only applied as the parties benefitted him. He clearly had no interest in hearing what I had to say, he was solely focused on making sure I heard what he had to say. He was so abrasive and disrespectful, he would talk through and over me during the whole conversation until he got what he wanted. I have never had the misfortune of having to interact with such an antagonistic and unprofessional individual. If I could give a zero star review this would be it.

Len was recommended by our family. We very much were impressed by his caring attitude toward our particular situation. He was most accomidating and his staff were attentive. Our property moved very quickly and we received two offers in what is described as a ‘buyers market.’ We would not heistate to use Len T. Worg & Associates again, and would sincerely recommend this firm to anyone.

Working with Len T. Wong and associates was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was seamless, from photographing, staging and listing the property. He lists on multiple different platforms simultaneously to get as much traction as possible while providing his client with comparators every week, so you know you're getting a good deal. His team took care of all the administrative issues such as getting condo documents, minutes, floor plans, etc. I had an offer within 1 week of listing at asking price, and once conditions were cleared, once again, the team made it very easy to set up legal, cleaning and final closing. Len himself is very friendly, down to earth and is genuinely interested in your best interest while doing everything he can to make the sale. I would recommend going with Len and his team without question.
