I contacted Len T. Wong and Associates after two prior unsuccessful attempts at selling my condo. Immediately after I had contacted them, I knew my experience would be different just from the promptness and professionalism. Steve K. Was my agent and I would highly recommend his services if you’re looking for a realtor in the Calgary area.

We choose Len as he was very knowledgeable and low pressure. The house was priced right but, in the range for our neighborhood. Len had about ten showings in addition to an open house lined up one day after the listing went on the MLS. Within two hours of listing we were able to get a firm unconditional offer that was $80,000 above a reasonable listing price. I would not hesitate to recommend Len and, his team to any of my friends and, relatives.

My poor review is now even lower. I clicked the Len T Wong Google review request link, and have now realized that since I indicated I was unhappy with my experience, the link directed me away from Google so that my review would not be published publicly. This is very misleading and biased, and also explains why there are almost no reviews published under 4 stars on here. Here is the review I submitted to them...with no response, I may add. Overall, I was quite disappointed. I started out shopping for an entry-level condo (~$250,000) and because of the market ended up buying a detached house with a family member that also sold theirs, resulting in over $1million in transactions. Given that the commission more than quadrupled, I would have expected excellent service. Instead, items that I asked multiple times to specifically be removed from the home prior to possession (old, bulky furniture) were left there for me to deal with, the stove was not fixed as asked, and the pre-move-in clean was never completed. Braeden offered to get a cleaning arranged for the day after we were due to move in, which obviously is not particularly helpful. The house had been unoccupied for some time and was quite dirty. He also didn't tell us that he couldn't arrange a move-in clean until after it was too late for us to do so ourselves, so we moved in with dirt and cobwebs. He was unavailable during possession, and we haven't seen him since. He offered to stop by once and we were unavailable, and we haven't heard from him since. To be honest, it all felt very unprofessional.

We worked with Lindsay mah and she was absolutely the best to work with! We moved from a different province and she did everything in her power to make it as seamless as possible i couldn’t recommend anyone better!
