Unbelievable, I don't know where to begin. But I also don't want too reveal to many details as some people will take advantage of all that this team does. Firstly, I cannot thank Candice Ly-Walker enough for her assistance with both minor and large issues that she just took it onto herself to take care of at no extra cost to me. I was a realtor for 18 years and would also do my best for clients, like mowing the lawn when they couldn't or arrange tradesmen to get things fixed etc. But unlike Candace, I would not go shopping to replace and mount a broken mirror in the bathroom, get muscle to take leftover bedframes etc to the dump. And much more, all at no cost nor effort from me. Even though I offered to pay. Being a disabled senior, this spoke volumes. Above and beyond. Kudos Candice to you and your team. Besides all the assistance, Candice and their Concierge Service kept me immediately informed about every appointment, showing and status of my listing. They also have a plan to create and act on multiple offers or come to the most likely and realistic conclusion of the sale. In my case I accepted $3000 less than our original target price. It did need some unknown work after inspection. I will add, never any pressure placed on me, only options. I also used her recommended lawyer to keep everything tight in the loop in case issues arise. Also very pleased with him, accurate and punctual , but this isn't his review, so no names here. I don't know what else to say except 10 stars if available. Top shelf level of both service and tech, hooked up. Highly recommended, you will be over 100% impressed. I was. We started looking in early 2023 and, given our relatively stringent criteria, anticipated a long road ahead (of recurring heartbreak). Fortunately for us, we had Steve K driving -- and he's a heck of a driver. Steve took the time to fully download our vision of a perfect home; was lightning quick to bring qualifying prospects to our attention; and in what felt like no-time-flat, found us a home that looked uncannily like the one we had been holding in our heads. And, the cherry on top? We were able to secure this home (now OUR home) despite not having the best offer -- turns out, that's less important when you've got the best realtor. My advice: skip the harrowing hero's journey and just get yourself a hero. Ask for Steve k.

We initially started working with Steven K. but due to the competitive market of Calgary and the quickly rising prices of the inner city properties, we decided to just go with Edmonton in hopes of paying off this cheaper property first and using it as rental income to jump back in the Calgary market. Steven K. was indescribably exceptional. Never have I seen such professionalism, such care in clients property purchases, and always in contact to answer any questions or give feedback on any properties you may have found on your own. I swear, it sometimes felt like as if he was buying the property for himself. There was this 1 property we had our eye on and he recommended us to not go with it. We ended up not buying it and I’m glad we listened to him. The property was not worth it, and it was in a bad location; but Steve knew this already and understood its implications on living there. He treated our money as if it was his own, and that’s what you’d want from anyone you ever work with. Unfortunately we did not get to sign with him in Calgary, instead, as previously mentioned, we finalized in Edmonton and so far I think we’ve made a good decision. We signed on with Steven G. as per Steve K’s recommendation (2 Steves haha) and he too was very good. Always full of energy and enthusiasm; he was very uplifting. If you get either of these gentlemen, consider yourself lucky; and if they tell you somewhere is not good, LISTEN! P.S. our entire purchase process was made from the Toronto area. We’re lucky we got such amazing people to work with. It’s hard to trust someone from afar when you’re making a big purchase. We never stopped for a second to think about that with our Steves.
