We bought our town house with Alina. The townhouse is a corner unit in North Vancouver with roof patio, huge windows, eagles family and million (I would say 1,5mln$) view to downtown and water. Walk distance to Seabus and Lonsdale. It work every $ we spent and Alina did a great job to drop the price and be on top of everything and proactively communicate with seller and builder. The key reason I decided to work with Alina Misch is because she lives in the same condominium building I used to own. She has lived in the building for 12 years, giving her extra insight with prospective buyers that proved to be valuable. Before I committed to using Alina, she was very generous with her time giving me useful details about what I should do to get my property ready for the market. We first met in June 2022 where I was originally planning to put my unit on the market during Spring 2023. She convinced me that this would not be good given the rising inflation and interest rates. Once I agreed to sell during the Summer 2022, she was able to help me find a good painter that was important to getting the unit ready. Note I called 5 painters and only hers responded and did a great job. I was able to get the unit on the market late August 2022 where she was able to show the property to 12 distinct prospective buyers within the first week. I received 3 offers within 5 days, accepting one that was slightly higher than my asking price. This would be great in a hot market, but other similar properties this year seemed to stay on the market for weeks if not months. I was impressed with Alina’s intelligence and knowledge of the local condo market and her energy to get my unit sold. Finally Alina was very pleasant to work with and has very high integrity. Needless to say if I ever buy more property in British Columbia, I will use Alina.

10/5 would recommend Alina. She did an amazing job and i am so glad that I had her by my side as i purchased my first home! Only regret? I did not find out about her earlier. Alina is super professional and very organized. But at the same time, she is very approachable and easy to talk to, which makes the home buying experience so much more enjoyable. She is attentive, and was always responsive to my texts, emails and random comments throughout the day. For the questions she can't answer off the top of her head, she does research and gets back to you. Even for questions that you didn't think she would catch. Really appreciate her attention to details. Another thing that is amazing about Alina is that she never makes you feel like anything less than her top client. Even though i was not in the market for a luxury suite, Alina showed me care and attention, and was honest with me, which i highly value. I've heard horror stories from my other friends about being de-prioritized by their realtors or not being shown properties due to whatever reason. And when it came down to offer and negotiation, there is literally no one else I would want on my side other than Alina. Once you see her in action, you will understand. But i am very happy with the process, and the final deal that Alina worked to get me. In summary, she is proactive, hard working, goes above and beyond for her clients, and both professional and very approachable. She is my go-to for all future home sales and purchases.
