I've spent almost 20 years getting to know Vancouver - and unlike most people, I've done it through many various stages of life that enables me to be a great advisor today.

My experience extends well beyond real estate. As a co-owner of multiple successful businesses, I understand negotiations, financial analysis, and the importance of making strategic long-term decisions. As a parent of two, I have firsthand knowledge of Vancouver's complex daycare landscape, school catchments, and private school options and application processes. As someone passionate about health, fitness, and the city's culinary scene, I also have deep appreciation for the lifestyle factors that ultimately drive the decision on the neighbourhood and transform a house into a home.
