I'm a tenant, and when my landlord announced he was selling our rental, I had a lot of questions regarding tenants rights and what to expect during the selling process. I was grateful to be able to call up Richard, who listened to my concerns and gave me a sense of what a tenant could expect living through the sale of their residence.

Richard is a really nice guy with a really friendly vibe. We met him at the open house when we were looking for our new place and he was super helpful with pointers and wasn't pushy at all. He helped us sell our condo with no expectations. We were thinking it may take months and was just listing to test the market. On the first day of open house, our concierge called asking if we had a water leak as the unit below us had water damage. We weren't nearby so we called Richard and he dropped his work and rushed over right away to check for us. He triple checked everywhere and made sure everything was fine and told us not to worry. We also got an offer on the very first day of open house at the price we wanted as well. We were very lucky to have sold it and also got our upgrade home successfully. Richard was incredible as our agent and advisor. As a buying agent, he provided us consistent communication with regards to the housing market. He helped us set up viewings and viewing schedules as we were busy with our young children. He protected us from potentially bad deals / properties, which did occur in 1 offer where there was a material latent defect, which was not disclosed by the seller, but ultimately had to be disclosed once the offer contract was sent. Richard ensured we were protected, and the contract and situation was as transparent as possible. As a selling agent, Richard helped us prep the home for pictures, provided us a timeline for listing, viewings, open houses etc. He really made our lives easier during such a busy and stressful process. Richard helped us organize a photographer, cleaners etc. Ultimately, we sold our property, receiving more than what we original wanted.
