Richard is super positive, detail oriented, and well versed in his profession. While I have not used his direct services myself, I have several coworkers who have. Not only was he able to find what they wanted in a timely manner (super important for budgeting), but they all note how he did his best to represent their needs, personalizing his service for them, and simplifying the process so that they have less worries. As well, he is invested in his community and sees his profession as connecting people with homes, and gives back to his community with personal service and community events. I highly recommend!!

Richard Kam is the real deal. He’s down to earth and he makes selling/buying real estate not so overwhelming. He does the ground work so you can focus on other important items.
