We have moved couple times and Derek is the best of the best. Not only help us choosing the right house but also always there for us when we have questions/concern. Definitely recommend him!

Derek and his team had been a pleasure to work with! He was there every step of the way to ensure we are happy with the house we were buying and he excelled in maintaining communication with us at all times. This included me messaging him after work hours - and im guilty of this and I should had known better not to do this - but he always made sure he got back to us and answered all of our questions. Having that assurance that someone was looking out for us in today's market was a huge relief. Would highly recommend!!

Derek was absolutely fantastic. I was buying my first condo and it was just for myself and had no idea where to start. He walked me through the whole thing and was available to answer all my questions and ensured they weren’t silly. He went to bat for me in a very competitive market and listened to what I was looking for and delivered. He’s a fantastic realtor but even better person. I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone. Derek was awesome! Very knowledgeable about what he's doing, and available whenever he was needed. Working with him felt like working with a friend vs a client/customer relationship. If you want someone who will work hard for you, Derek is the realtor to go to!

Dealing with Derek and his team is a breeze. They’re meticulous but fun yet very professional bunch. They came in and help us with pricing our home with comparable units, then setting up everything with photographers and videos and drones…the whole works! Then a day and a half later, we got ourselves competing offers! Now, we’re homeless 😉. Thank you again Derek for helping my family out. We really appreciated it.

THIS GUY. He works on commission and STILL negotiated like a mad bulldog as my buying agent. Relentless to get a better price for me, both on the initial offer/counter stage and during conditions, after home inspection. Tens of thousands of dollars he saved me negotiating, seemingly for sport! I‘m the sort that likes to keep as much of my money as possible so this worked great for me

Derek is a fantastic realtor. He sold my house in one day for well over asking price. Was it the market? Was it his charm and cheesy social media videos? Was it his skill as a great realtor? I'd say all of the above. I love how he goes in 100% for all of his listings - full social media, video, photos - whether they are $100k or $1mil. He even included our kids in the video! Family friend told us about their team and so we tried them out! Derek, Will, and their team are very professional, fun, and very knowledgeable people. They made everything sooo easy from planning, pricing, marketing, schedule viewing, negotiating, and closing. Not much for scheduling the viewing because our place is sold in only 2 freaking days above asking! Try them out but be warned; these guys will make you homeless in no time. Awesome job team.
