This is a great experience of buying a property at another city. My acquaintance with Ivan did not come through a friend's recommendation but rather through an online search. Despite being in different cities, his professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and patience dispelled all my concerns, leading to a smooth completion of the entire process. If there's one area for improvement, it would be when I submitted the security deposit. Due to being in another city, his company only accepted wire transfers and not bank drafts for the deposit, causing inconvenience and increasing my costs.
