Scott did a great job for us when we were looking for a house in Victoria. He was there at every step, from finding the right house,listening to our requirements, filtering out houses for us online, bringing us around the city to look at various houses, helping to understand the different parts of the city, writing up our first offer and recommending a home inspector. Once our offer was accepted and we had gone back to Ontario Scott continued to be there to support us with arranging trades people, insurance agents and a lawyer. He was there the day we moved our things in to make sure we had everything we needed and see if there was anything that he could do for us. I don’t think we could have done this so successfully from out of province without the great support we got. I highly recommend Scott. He is the patron saint of all things real estate.
