My husband and I worked with Roland when he helped us evaluate and ultimately purchase a home over the course of a year and a half. Roland took the time to learn exactly what we were looking for, and was always conscientious about sharing properties he thought we would like. Not only that, he was always willing to visit properties with us, even when we knew were were going to see ones that we likely wouldn't make an offer on. Roland is the one who brought the home we eventually bought to our attention. He worked so hard to help us become the front runners in what came down to a multiple offer situation. The night the offers were due, he represented and advocated for us in a way we never would have expected, and was ultimately instrumental in helping is get the property, our dream home! Roland is a good person, and he works hard to find you a home that you love, rather than working hard to sell you something quick. I have absolutely no issue recommending him to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

To be honest, it is a rarity that I take the time to write a review, whether I have good service or terrible service. As I am just not the kind of person that normally write's reviews. However, that being said, I feel this is a special case. As I truly believe that my experience with Roland Lewis needs to be shared. I have worked in Sales for over 11 years, and am quite familiar with the commissioned type sales pitch that you often experience in real estate, car sales, or any retail for that matter. I am not usually fond of that form of commissioned sales, as you can't always trust or depend on that person, and that in turn can be a negative experience overall. However, over 5 yrs ago Roland Lewis helped me find my first home. I was very nervous about making such a big purchase on my own. I hardly new anything about the real estate market and was tentative for sure. However, Roland guided me through the process with such patience, kindness, professionalism and impeccable attention to detail. He was absolutely amazing to work with, I can't thank him enough for making this experience so positive from beginning to end. Not only did Roland find me my first home, I have continued to work with Roland a second time in the sale of our home and a third time for the purchase of our newest townhouse. I honestly wouldn't work with anyone else. He is the only person that I trust & recommend to all my friends, family, coworkers, etc. Roland continues to go above & beyond every single time and that is such a rarity these days. Roland provided excellent support and guidance in selling my property. His recommendations on requirements for staging, and the excellent photography work he had done, kept the listing very active from when it first went up, through to the final sale. Even though the road with buyers was bumpy, once the process started, Roland managed the various buyers and offers with obvious experience and confidence. His great attitude really helped to keep me level through what may have otherwise been, a stressful experience. I still remember our first meeting and how impressed I was with his prepared documentation to discuss the property. He presented detailed information on similar properties, and had an understanding of the type of client that would be interested in my property. Roland was the seller's agent in a town home I purchased Downtown Vancouver in April 2015. I reached out to him when I ran into issues with the tenants living at the address and he did not hesitate to step up and help me reach out to them and even mediate a conversation to help us come to a resolution. This was my first time working with Roland. There are quite a few things about Roland which set him apart - I found him to be authentic, caring, friendly, extremely intelligent, and gifted with how he approaches real-estate, it's his calling for sure. I had a condo on the lower end of the market, which was a tough sell. He treated it with as much attention to detail, and pride, as his million + listings, I thought that showed integrity. From the start Roland was sharp in his analysis and presentation of my condo: Many real-estate agents take their own photos for the listing, Roland hires a professional photographer who he trusts and works well with, to produce stunning photography. Roland has impeccable design style - he was able to help us stage for an optimum sale. He had ways of pricing, and directing the sale at each step which I believe made things go as well as they possibly could have, better than expected. As mentioned, mine was a difficult sale, it could have sat for months, he made a difficult situation very easy, and we got a great price. Roland has a good heart, is a family man, he has good energy, and also "good luck" I think, which is always a plus in real estate. I highly recommend him.
