Working with Sam has been such a great experience. From day one, he took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which meant a lot to me as a first-time buyer navigating all of this. He’s been thorough, patient, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. If I had to point out one quality that really stood out to me, it’s that he genuinely cares.
