She kept us up to date about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. The best part, she sent all the appointments to our calendar with very detailed notes and addresses. She was honest and forthright - no games. From the beginning, Nevada let us know that she was a statistics and information person. AMAZING! She started with a phone call and gave us all the first steps any new homeowner would need to take when thinking of buying a home. We worked through each listing together and compared information on the communities, pricing, selling, and accessibility. She arranged each viewing for us and came prepared with the questions we had about each home. It was a thorough and effective process. Nevada has a list of recommended professionals that she had worked with such as inspectors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, repair services etc and was with us through the process of booking, inspection and review of reports. Nevada knew buying your first home is an overwhelming process and gave us reminders for dates and times to review the purchase agreement and closing documents. Effective communication. I think these would be the two top words we would use to describe the process with Nevada. She provided us with multiple forms of communication from the beginning; email, phone, text, virtual and in person following provincial health guidelines. We even developed a system via eye contact when viewing places to point out red flags. Oh, and she’s funny. That was a bonus. We are really easy going people, so humour was a great way to navigate through the stress that popped up during the process. We have been in our home for almost 2 months now and she is still on the ball with some final touches with the previous owner.
