I am very grateful to have worked with Carolina as my realtor for the purchase of my first home. Currently the Vancouver-area property market is very competitive and, as a first-time buyer, I needed the reassurance and guidance of a seasoned and determined pro. Initially I was very pessimistic about possible condo buying success given a lower-than-expected mortgage pre-approval; however, Carolina countered with optimism, encouragement and advice that prevented me from abandoning my home ownership dream. She took great care listening to my space needs, finding potential listings that met them, and, more importantly, regularly checked in with how I was feeling and provided the intuitive care and attention to ease anxiety and encourage the right decision for my lifestyle and budget. She is a responsive, accessible and a fierce advocate that will find your home match and make it a fun and joyous process along the way. I only succeeded in purchasing a home because Carolina knew how to judge and work within a fast-paced, competitive market. While we weren't the initial successful bid on my final place (again, I was budget-limited), she positioned us as a back-up offer should the original buyer's finances fall through and we got it! I didn't even know that back-up offers are a thing. Carolina is a fighter and a great team mate to have on your side, choose her as your realtor!

Can we rate 10 stars? Carolina is passionate about what she does and puts enormous energy into her work. We indicate her work without a doubt that she will do her best to find the best option based on your expectations, but with a large dose of reality. Carolina is true, intense and honest. Carolina helped me to find the most suitable condo in downtown Vancouver. I told her what I wanted and she got it. We visited multiple places, and she was always very excited no matter which day it was. She also explained how the real estate market works, and strongly advised me to not make offers to places with poor conditions, or those that would be hard to resale. Her honesty sometimes would go against a few places I liked, which is quite uncommon for agents. She always gave me the pros and (specially) cons. For sure I will contact her again for my next endeavor.
