I have known Tobi since our boys were very young. She has always had a passion for real estate and talked about going this route one day. I knew she would be good at it if she did. She already proved to be a fantastic salesperson in her career, trusted by her clients, and well respected, and sought after in her business. It was really apparent real-estate would be a good fit for her when she was trying to sell her house. Her realtor was not proactive at all. He seemingly did not know what it took at all to sell a house and was suggesting she may have to take a lower offer. Well that wasn’t going to work for Tobi. So she took it upon herself to do what needed to be done. She did a few touches here and there. While sprucing the house up she met a couple who drove buy asking about the home. After about an hour talking with the people about the home and neighbourhood, they bought it! And the house sold for over the asking price. She sold her own home! Tobi has an eye to know how to present a home to make it attractive for buyers. She’s passionate about what she does and prides herself for her professionalism and integrity.
