We bought our townhouse during a seller's market. It took us nearly 3 months to find one. Most of the units sold much more than asking price. We had felt that perhaps it wasn't the time for us and maybe we should wait until prices "come down". Tobi however believed that there was a home for us so she kept showing us more. When we saw our home. We liked it but by now we had become cautiously optimistic. In fact, at this point, we were concerned that we might be wasting her time because we suspected that this time round, too, another buyer will out bid us by a staggering amount. So when Tobi phoned us we were interested to know by how much we were out bid. Did we lose this one by 5k or 50k? To our surprise Tobi actually had a great news: our offer was accepted! The seller liked the details of our offer. If Tobi hadn't remained optimistic, we would have quit when our home was just within reach. I don't know if the markets will ever cool down, whatever the market conditions are, Tobi is the realtor you want to help you successfully navigate the process of finding your next home.

I have known Tobi since our boys were very young. She has always had a passion for real estate and talked about going this route one day. I knew she would be good at it if she did.
