We had such a great experience working with Janet. Over the course of two years she offered her patient and thoughtful advice as we got ready to downsize from our house to a condo. When we were finally ready to list, she staged our house beautifully with furniture and decor from her extensive collection, and buying new furniture and decor that really showcased the possibilities with the spaces. The photography and video of the house was exceptional and will be part of our mementos of the house. When we finally pulled the trigger and listed, we were expecting to have to be patient on a sale as real estate was just not moving in our area in the spring of 2024. However, 10 days later we had accepted an offer for far more than we ever expected and shortly thereafter she helped negotiate the purchase of a condo.
