Jark Krysinski is a very experienced realtor and helped us find our first home without worrying about much. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and patient with answering our questions. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service and was always willing to take the time if we had any concerns. He worked late nights with me to go through all the strata documents, inspection reports, and council meeting minutes to find any red flags in potential units we were interested. He helped explain the market and then showed us around the areas based on what we were looking for. His family experience in the construction industry helped us identify issues during the open-house visits that we wouldn’t have been able to figure out ourselves, and he was able to offer sound advice during the entire process. He also recommended people and followed up with them to get me home insurance quotations at short notice. We couldn't be happier with our investment and with the service we received from Jark and would highly recommend him to others. 10/10.

Jark helped us buy our first place. This was a multi-year process for us, but he was very patient with us throughout and never made us feel rushed. He is a fantastic realtor, always on top of things, super knowledgeable about greater Vancouver real estate market with great negotiation skills. But more than that, he is a great friend who always has the client's best interests at heart. Amazing experience working with Jark to find our dream home! My husband and I started the house hunt back in December 2019 with another agent but did not get much traction. The hardest working realtor in town! Seriously, I am not sure Jark ever sleeps. My wife and I have done bought a couple homes with Jark and his team and were very impressed with the effort, professionalism, and knowledge. One thing that I thought made this team unique is that every person we were referred to or interacted with, was just as good. For example, the mortgage broker he referred us to, outstanding. She and him went to work for us and they will do whatever it takes to get the job done. It's pretty neat to watch. Happy to continue referring people Jark's way.
