Jark is a very professional agent with a lot of patience and knowledge. He is also very resourceful and willing to share what he thinks about a property. You can tell he really hopes his client can purchase a "worthwhile" property, not just get "a condo somewhere." He read every document of building carefully, and screenshot the parts that clients need to pay attention to, which is really helpful! During our search tour, I feel like I took a very good "House purchase 101" with him. One of the bonuses I got from the purchase is that I was able to gradually identify what a good building looks like! Yay! Thanks to him, I successfully purchased my home with knowledge!

I highly highly recommend my man Jark. He has been unbelievable throughout the whole process and he has certainly gone above and beyond. Even after closing he has supported us way beyond his responsibilities to do so because he really cares. He is a real professional, he is so switched on and so organized. When you visit a place with Jark you can see his knowledge surpasses the other agents. He listens to what you want and he never pushes you but will always provide guidance where needed.
