We had David give us a home assessment which was way out of line. He really did not know how to assess the property. We sold the property a few months later for $100,000 more then he assessed it at. On his sold page he has sold in a few days and also sold over asking. That happens when you under price the house. Lots of realtors around I would not recommend. Very unprofessional it got to the point we had to ask him to leave the house because he would not listen to our wishes. Also he blocked us on our community page on fb for no other reason then he admins it, he does not even live in there community and should not have that page. Very unprofessional. Again would not recommend.
