He also helped reviewing complex contracts and make sure we understand the happy and the bad scenarios. He walked us through all the home purchase programs and helped us figure out which one actually worked for our situation. He also made communication between us, the developer, and the notary super smooth, making sure we understood who was responsible for what and when. David was also on top of all the deadlines, especially with our mortgage application and home inspection. We never felt lost or rushed. If you are looking to purchase a home and want someone who’s professional, transparent, and genuinely there to help (not just sell), we really recommend David.
