He was the 1st and final point of contact for me to get the most essential part of our onboarding to Canada i.e. shelter and as my father says "if you don't earn to live the best life you possibly can, you live poor inside out". The journey to getting into the 1st listing and absolutely during the peak of sellers market, there was not even a single point in time where I felt we will not get a place which is affordable or is not in good quality. He made sure that I do the least worrying yet learn the market. Once we closed on the deal, it was the moment I realized this was indeed a fun endeavor and a whole learning process you go through.
