Paula was absolutely incredible in helping my wife and I find our first home. We had a specific criteria and Paula was able to find us many suitable options. Additionally, with my wife being 7 months pregnant, we wanted to find something soon and Paula tirelessly sent us options, went with us to open houses and walked us through all the steps we needed to complete as first time home owners. I cannot say enough positive things about Paula and her dedication, professionalism and personal support she provided. My wife and I are in our home with our daughter and could not be happier. She is our agent and we are lucky to have her!

Paula and her company were very competent and reliable property managers for our unit in Castlegar. We had an issue with a tenant that did not pay rent, we went to arbitration and Paula was with us every step of the way. Communication was solid and professional. Paula from WK Real Estate Co has been nothing short of a life saver. Being a realtor in Ontario, my standards for agents are very high, and Paula didn't disappoint. My son and wife bought their first house in Nelson using Paula in the spring of 2021. She was wonderful in coaching and educating them through the whole process while keeping me informed along the way. I really appreciated her looking after them as valued clients when I wasn’t there personally. So, when it became apparent, I was going to relocate from Ontario to Nelson it was a no-brainer for me to contact Paula. I hadn’t even left Ontario and Paula was sending, and as needed previewing listings for me - she'd done her homework to find what my needs and wants were and together we worked as a team. She was aware we were in the middle of a buying frenzy and didn’t want me to potentially miss out on a house, so she went above and beyond what I would have expected. After a few failed offers attempts and me becoming desperate and wondering if I’d ever find a house, Paula was great in calming me down and reassured me we’d find something, she acted more like a friend than an agent. In the end, Paula worked her magic and secured me the perfect house. It was so refreshing to work with an agent who's professional, honest and always made me feel like I was important...not just another sale to quickly nail down. It doesn't hurt that she's knowledgeable and personally knows most of the houses in the area. So when I'd ask her a question or her opinion she was honest and informed, if she didn't know the answer she'd find out and get back to me...what more could you ask for in an agent? Honestly, Paula is the only agent I'd use in the future or recommend to anyone interested in being represented by someone who's kind, patient and PROFESSIONAL!

I rented a lovely home from Paula. Me being a newly single mom she was always very understanding and supportive if I needed a day or two for a pay check to come in to pay rent. When I moved out of the home she was able to give me an extra few days knowing that I was leaving the country and didn’t have a lot of help. I know not every circumstance might allow such room but I know she will always do what she can to help the people she serves if it’s in her power. I look forward to buying a house in the future and using Paula as my realtor. She’s a gem of a human.

Paula has been an angel to us. She was flexible, helpful, and incredibly professional. She was able to rent our place for us while we were already out of the country and found amazing people.
