Jessica Fernandez

Jessica Fernandez is an agent that was raised on the Sunshine Coast. She has a particularly deep connection with Davis Bay, as her family built and operated the Pier 17 Market, which to this day is an iconic spot on the Sunshine Coast. Jessica’s experiences at Pier 17 taught her the importance of customer service, the value of lasting relationships and how that grows into repeat business. She has taken those lessons to heart with everything she’s done since then.

After graduation Jessica spent time in the hospitality industry. She also traveled extensively to Asia, Australia and North America. This experience left her with a growing appreciation of the beauty and lifestyle we have on the Sunshine Coast. She knew one day she would return here.

In 2016 Jessica obtained a diploma in Business Administration from Capilano University. She spent time with Olympic Industries, a lumber commodity trading business before making the decision to focus on her long time goal: a career in real estate. Jessica feels that her local knowledge and love of the Coast, along with her business experience will allow her to serve her clients well.

Jessica’s hobbies include cooking, travel and yoga. Her family is also very important to her and she takes pride in the values and morals provided by her strong family foundation. Jessica is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams and can’t wait to help you achieve yours!
