Five star Realtor in Nanaimo!

Planning an out of province move to Nanaimo and Jeff Dinn was recommended thru a friend. An initial email was sent to a few realtors and Jeff was the first to reply, set up a phone call and arrange for showings and tours of neighbourhoods upon our arrival in town. Jeff had a clear understanding of what we were looking for and zeroed in on suitable properties. He was a pleasure to meet and work with at this point in our search. Thanks for everything Jeff!

Jeff was the agent on floor duty when I called a Re/Max office in North Nanaimo to enquire about a certain listing. That house was already under offer, but I decided I would try working with Jeff to view other properties that interested us. Our first in-person meeting was at another property that my wife and I thought was interesting, but which turned out to have terrifyingly steep access roads to get to it. Over the next month, we called Jeff to look at several more properties (some which we had researched on MLS, and some that Jeff had suggested), ultimately deciding on a house in North Nanaimo. What my wife and I really like about Jeff is his friendliness, sincerity, and responsiveness. He researched questions that we had, consulting his broker or the office's legal representatives where necessary, and always got back to us quickly. We felt supported throughout the whole buying process. This was the seventh house that we had purchased over the past 30 years, so we were not new to the buying process. For myself and my husband, Jeff Dinn was the best kind of sales person. He was patient, no pressure, respectful of our many questions and just a congenial person to work with. We were shown many places that were available at the time. Jeff also worked well with the other realtors and offered information re cleaners , lawyers, movers , etc. and actually picked up an article that was left behind our old house.
