Jeff is fantastic to work with, and whether you are a new and inexperienced to the process, or have been around the block you cannot go wrong. He helped deliver on my sale despite dealing with a very slow, down turn market. Jeff helped me quickly adjust and stay ahead of the market and sold in my complex with 4 other listings to compete with. Jeff was always available, and quickly adjusted to my preferences and budget to navigate a minimal inventory and my work schedule which had me out of town 70% of the time. We talked about countless properties, and we went on viewings from Lake Cowichan to North Qualicum, and considered properties in Courtenay and Campbell River. Despite many hiccups amd challenges on my end he has stayed vigilant and kept me on course or had a new strategy lined up. When it came time for all the details and logistics of how to time all the steps of finances, inspections, legal, Jeff never missed a step and ensured I knew exactly what was next. Can't say enough about the quality of his service. Including post sale/purchase ensuring closing dates, moving dates all worked as perfectly as possible for me.
