Imagine having a part of you that plays devil’s advocate when buying a home and if you had another advocate in your realtor, what more do you need? Jaideep is thoroughly candid in his recommendations and a great communicator who negotiates well. He is so good that the realtor on the selling side (and we met this lady a bunch of times for homes she was selling) told us that you guys have a very sincere realtor and are in safe hands. Jaideep has great intuition and is aware about current trends that helps him make great predictions about home valuations in X years. This helped us in gauging the value of our investment and the ROI in it. Jaideep safeguards your investment by giving you a “straight as an arrow” comment like “Guys, I wouldn’t pay more than $Y for a house like this”. So, when he said I will pay the asking rate for the home we bought, we knew we were getting it right! You are doing it absolutely wrong, if you are in Vancouver and seeking a house without Jaideep as your real estate consultant. He is that good!

I was really anxious about buying an apartment because it's a big investment and I didn't really know what I was doing but Jaideep really eased my anxiety and made the whole experience seamless and smooth. I'm a very indecisive person and he was patient and took me to a billion apartments. I actually felt really bad that I was wasting so much of his time but he reassured me that finding the place that felt right was the priority. When we closed on our unit, he left us with a personalized, well thought out closing present. I was surprised because some of my friends who've bought homes got some generic basket with wine and crackers (which isn't a terrible present, by any means) but he left me with a gift that I would forever use in my new home. I thought it was really thoughtful of him. The day he gave me my keys, he also walked the unit to ensure that it was given to us just as promised. Jaideep's great! I actually recommended him to a lot of my friends!!
