Michael is honestly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He’s helped us out twice now, first with selling my parents investment property and most recently with buying our very first home and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is the most professional, friendly, and punctual person I’ve ever met, but what really sets him apart is that he’s just a genuinely good person. He never treats you like a business transaction or a commission check, he treats you like a person and actually cares about your future. You never have to worry about things falling through the cracks because he’s incredibly helpful and always on top of every single detail. After a terrible experience with another realtor pair who pressured us, made us feel guilty, and had zero strategy when it came to making an offer, Michael and his partner Daniele were a breath of fresh air. When we were looking for a home, our mortgage broker recommended Michael to us. We first met on a Monday and discussed the type of home we wanted and our budget. Later that same night, he had sent us over 70 listings we've never seen before. Within two hours we found the home we wanted to see in person. By next day he was able to set up a viewing Thursday of the same week. With his guidance the viewing went well and we placed an offer same night. The offer was accepted the next day.
