Shannon spent several years volunteering for Victim Services, a rewarding position that taught empathy, listening, and communication skills along with confidentiality, a trait she takes very seriously.
Prior to embarking on her Real Estate career, Shannon worked alongside her husband, a licensed residential builder where she gained a great deal of knowledge in construction techniques, best practices, and what to look for when assessing the viability of a property. Having an understanding of residential construction, her incite and the ability to fill in the gaps to educate her clients makes Shannon a valuable asset when it comes to making those important decisions.
Shannon has bought, renovated, managed, and sold numerous properties, honing her skills as a real estate investor in addition to being well versed in the Landlord and Tenant Act, an important part of real estate investing.
