Rod, Rhea, and Ryan did a fantastic job with the recent sale of my late mother's home. We listed on a Wednesday, had the open house on Sunday where 14 groups of people showed up and, after some brief negotiation, we accepted an offer the next day at our full asking price. The whole process went very smoothly and I was really surprised at how quickly the sale was completed. Rod was very responsive and patient any time I reached out for any reason.
