My journey started in the trades. I earned my Red Seal in pipefitting and spent over a decade in construction and project management. That hands-on experience means I know exactly what to look for, and what to avoid, in a home. From build quality to renovation potential, I bring a contractor's eye and a strategist's mindset.

Before real estate, I served my community as a firefighter, which shaped my ability to stay calm, decisive, and focused even under pressure. Those skills now let me lead my clients confidently through complex and competitive markets.

I've been a Medallion Club agent (top 10% of Greater Vancouver REALTORS) for multiple years running, and in 2025 I finished #37 in sales volume across all of eXp Canada, out of more than 7,000 agents nationwide.
