I’m Ben. I’ve bought my first home, traded up, and invested – so I’m not guessing at what any stage of the real estate game feels like. That experience shapes every conversation I have with clients: I know when to push, when to wait, and what a good deal actually looks like in this market.

My background is a bit unusual for a realtor. I studied business, communication and graphic design, I shoot photography, and I build / code websites. In practice, that means when I list your home, the marketing is genuinely sharp: professional photos, standout presentation, and pricing that’s grounded in real analysis, not instinct.

My clients call me patient, trustworthy, and detail-obsessed. A few have also mentioned how I’ve become their real estate therapist. Everyone loves the dad jokes, which I take as a compliment.
