Having Ben as our real estate agent when buying our new home was a great experience and we couldn't be happier. Since our first meeting with Ben at the Oakwyn office on Schoolhouse, where he laid out the coffee and croissants, right to closing, Ben was knowledgeable and diligent in guiding us through the buying process. We went through about a dozen showings and put in a couple of offers and Ben was very responsive, giving us his honest opinion with a few of the places we saw. He was also quick with the paperwork when placing offers. When the right home came up, Ben persisted with the seller's agent and got us in before the open house. He got the offer and paperwork to the agent that same night. We signed and closed on our home within 48hrs. We would 100% recommend Ben to our friends and family!

I've been working with Ben for about a year, maybe more before he found us our perfect home. In all the talks, the texts, the emails going back and forth, Ben was extremely proactive and timely with helping us! For a guy who's got a couple kids, and more clients than just us, we felt like with the consistent attentiveness he gave us that we were his only clients! The house-buying process was something really novel for me, and when people say it's the most stressful thing ever, they're not kidding! We joke that Ben was also part-therapist to us, as it seemed like situations seemed impossible! Ben encouraged us when needed, and he went above and beyond really (tears and wine were spilled!) but ultimately he went to work hard for us, and he got us what we wanted.
