Siya is not just a Realtor®—she’s a trusted guide, a dedicated advocate, and an active member of the Nanaimo community. Entering her 9th year in real estate and consistently recognized as a top producer since 2019, Siya is celebrated for her ability to truly understand her clients’ needs and for her tireless commitment to making every buying or selling experience both seamless and rewarding. Real estate is where Siya brings together her love of helping people, her strong business foundation, and her eye for design. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Science from the University of Waterloo as well studied Interior Design and has built a well-rounded career shaped by both education and hands-on experience. Since the age of 27, Siya has grown her own real estate portfolio to include four Airbnbs, three long-term rentals, and a commercial building in Nanaimo’s Old City Quarter—where her most notable renovation project, a 100-year-old heritage property, was featured in House and Home. Known for her motivation, adaptability, and strategic approach, Siya has earned a reputation for listening closely to her clients, navigating negotiations with precision, and exceeding expectations. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors & developers, or clients in the growing luxury market, she offers professionalism paired with warmth and genuine care. Beyond her career, Siya is a mother, former yoga teacher, and committed volunteer. She has served on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, taught with Modo Yoga, and is now involved with the Surfrider Foundation Nanaimo, helping to protect the local coastline. Since making Nanaimo her home in 2014, she has embraced the island lifestyle and is passionate about helping others do the same.
