The Nicklen Group was recommended to us by a friend in Qualicum Beach who is herself a former realtor. We met with Aaron in October 2021 and were introduced to Stacey Juss, who became our “buyers agent”. Stacey quickly set up the system to notify us of listings that met our criteria. Communication was quick and efficient. Being in Victoria put us at a disadvantage in terms of being able to see homes quickly in a very hot market. Stacey was great at checking things out for us and she really understood what we were looking for, so she helped determine whether something was worth our dropping everything to drive up island!
