We met Devin during a walk in visit to MacDonald Realty Ltd. in Sidney BC. We liked his professional and friendly manner and asked him to represent us in the sale of our home of 26 years and the purchase of a condo that would meet the needs of our advancing years. We wanted a central location with no stairs and good exterior space. The condo we purchased was only in the planning stages and unfortunately due to unforeseen issues (soil contamination, Covid causing supply side problems and labour shortages) the completion date became a moving target. Devin was very patient and reassuring during our many calls as we experienced a 20 month delay from the original completion date.
