Devin represented us recently during the purchase of our new home in Sidney. He helped guide us to the perfect location for our needs. Coming from another area of BC we did not know the neighbourhoods of Vancouver Island, but felt Devin knew exactly what would suit us. We found him to be extremely knowledgable of the market and has many contacts up his sleeve regarding future listings and new builds not yet even listed. Our purchase was a new build and Devin guided us through the complex process with ease and made us feel like we were in good hands every step of the way.

Like most people, I believed that the real estate agents that I had dealt with in my life were all reasonably good and professional. At least that was until I dealt with Devin for the first time. He exceeded all my expectations. We have now purchased two places and sold another through him in a two-year period. All transactions were carried out with utmost professionalism and without any snags, achieving what we believe to have been good prices for us.
