About Brody

Like many of us in Lethbridge, I was brought to this windy city for Post Secondary Education. At that time, I hadn't thought much about where I would be living after graduation. Luck would have it that I fell in love with this city, and I am happy to say that Lethbridge kept me. Over 20 years later I'm still here and I love calling Lethbridge home. I met my wife at the University of Lethbridge, which happened to also be the place where we were married 9 months before finishing our Bachelor of Arts Degrees. It was my wife’s father, one of the most incredible people I know, who gave me some life changing advice around that time. He casually told me once: “The best investment you can make is to buy dirt, because they’re not making any more of it”. That advice really stuck with me, and so, my wife and I set goals, made plans, and have been building, buying, selling, and investing in real estate in Lethbridge ever since. I truly love this place we call home, it's a great sized community (not too big, not too small) with ample services while still being convenient, close knit, and family oriented. It has been an excellent place to raise our two boys. Over the years I've helped so many people achieve their real estate goals. Everyone's story is different; I've helped new Canadians to buy a home for the very first time, young professionals moving to Saskatoon for a career opportunity, and retirees from Vancouver looking to maximize their retirement investment.
