I had the pleasure of working with Matt in buying my first home. Where to start.. Matt was a recommendation through our neighbours and thats were it started. From assessing, staging, appointments, open house, Matt was accommodation and so very helpful through all the stages. Not only did he sell our place for full asking within a week, he also found us our new house. Matt worked tirelessly day and sometimes late into night to secure us our new place which we wanted so bad. Needless to say, I wouldn't use any other realtor in the future. Matt was always available for calls, responded quick to emails and texts, and assured me things were going to work out when I thought we had lost the new house! Exceptional Service! I used Matthew for the recent purchase of my three bedroom condo in Maple Ridge and was extremely impressed. First and foremost he was accessible whenever I needed him, with quick and timely responses, I was never left in a panic waiting for information. He made himself available to me according to my schedule ( which is less than desirable at the best of times!) which made this whole process a lot easier to manage :) Secondly, his knowledge base and ability to educate me through the process did not go unnoticed and truly appreciated. This was the first place I bought completely independently and he ensured that I was always clear on the process as well as the next steps and kept in constant communication from beginning until end, and even provided re-assurance and moral as this was a huge transition in my life.
