My experience with Matt and his team was nothing but professional and caring. We had to sell a property due to family loss. An Matt went above and beyond to make sure this was as easy as it possibly could have been giving the circumstances. Matt never gave you the feeling of this is just another house for him to sell, he invested his time and understood our needs and took his time with us on everything. He listens to you and understands and gives you honest advice, he treats you as if you've known him for years and truly cares. He arranged for garbage and furniture removal to the transfer station for us to help us as this was not easy for us to do emotionally. The crew he had do this for us were all very kind and professional. They found jewelry items among the stuff going to the transfer station and were honest and brought it to us. Went to high school with Courtney and had heard through mutual friends that she was really good, we reached out to her and had a meeting and she asked us everything that we were searching for and gave us a list of things we had to do to accomplish our goals. Courtney is amazing. Any time I had a question or concern, I knew I could rely on her to help me. I'm now happily settled in my new home, and I have Courtney to thank for making the transition as stress-free as possible - from getting everything in place for the move, to a thoughtful care package of essentials to help me through my first few nights.
