This was my first time selling a home and dealing with a real estate agent! Working with Brianna was a great experience! She was very understanding and provided me lots of information for my lack of knowledge on the processes. I was happy with everything from advertisement ( Lots of showings ) to the photos taken for the sale, as well as Brianna's down to earth and realistic negotiating skills. Brianna was honest and provided great real time market information, all while respecting my expectations and worked hard meet them! She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had regarding processes or general inquires ! From beginning to end she was a pleasure to work with as a first time seller ! Crystal Quan was extremely helpful in all areas of my purchase. She very successfully helped me to negotiate the purchase price; deal with deficiencies after the property inspection and help out with obtaining services (lawyer, trades, etc.). She communicated on a regular basis and followed up with me to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I also very much appreciated Crystal's attitude in that she urged me to find the property that was right for me. She really smoothed the way for me. Thanks Crystal!!!!

Marlise was awesome to work with she was on the ball and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. She had answers for everything and brought forward all the information that I needed. As a home owner herself she was was able to give me great tips. She even pointed out flaws that I did not notice in some of the apartments. I emailed the agent to ask a simple question about the size of the garage door. Sad to say agents are to stupid to include the information. Nancy Sikka was to lazy to get the information on her listing. Find a better real estate company yo deal with.

Working with Brianna Wagner from Elevate Realty Group was such an amazing experience. It took only ten days from the time I made the decision to work with her to the time we placed our first offer. I was astounded at the speed Brianna worked. She has an incredible way of listening to exactly what you want and finding homes that fit your home buying criteria. I’m in an unusual situation being in a remote location and purchased my first condo in Edmonton. She drove to all the viewings and video called me. Austin was excellent from the very beginning ! He provided, honest and transparent information when looking at the houses as he has many years of construction background ! We also asked Austin to give us information on the neighborhood’s we were looking at and he went out of his way to do so! Over all, Austin was diligent, honest, knowledgeable and communicated consistently !

I contacted Angela with Pro real estate group a over a year ago to find my first home . I did not understand the entire process or have all the requirements to close the deal I wanted after first my contact with her , but Angela still kept in contact with me for months updating me with new listing and altering the search requirements to find what best fit my needs. After we started looking at houses it only took a few months to view 20 homes and pick the winner, do the paperwork and get the keys ! We where able to find a home that checked all my boxes , thankfully we managed to get a good deal on the property as well ! I was very impressed with her kind nature and good sense of humour!
