As a first time home buyer and in a situation where I had to go through the buying process from across the country, Karolina was an incredible support, and amazing Realtor every step of the way. I had calls with about half a dozen other Realtors before Karolina called, and immediately after our chat, I decided to move ahead with Karolina as my agent. She was warm and friendly, answered all of my questions (I had a lot) with patience and, what stuck out the most was that Karolina offered to start looking at the condos I was interested in well ahead of my move date. I was eager to start the search nice and early since it was my first time purchasing a home. The other calls I had ended with "I'll call you back in a month." Karolina was different and immediately scheduled walkthroughs on leads I had been looking at online. This gave me a better idea of what I wanted, and by the time I found my place, I knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to make the decision immediately during the virtual walkthrough. This is the difference between a good and a great Realtor. If you want a great one go with Karolina, you won't regret it!

As a first time home buyer I went into the process not looking for a realtor. Jackie Hutchinson was at one of our first showings and she was awesome so we ended up using her as our realtor! She was very patient and took us to every place I wanted to see, and even scouted some properties out on her own time for us. She was very thorough and pointed everything we might not know or look for out when viewing places. We ended up buying one of the places which she insisted we go see as it fit our needs. Its been awesome! We got a real nice place in a great location and have been loving it since we moved. During the buying process I was very clueless. Jackie helped with the offer and once it was accepted she gave me lots of contacts for great lawyers, home inspectors and mortgage brokers.
